

1. How many people will clean my home?
We work in teams of two, one of whom is a Team Leader (supervisor).
Occasionally there is a third person whom is a Field Supervisor and present
during the cleaning. For larger cleaning projects we may employ more team
members, but you will be contacted with that information prior to your
cleaning.
2. What are your house cleaning rates?
Fees are based on the size, condition, and specifications for the cleaning
of your home. We are happy to discuss your needs by phone, in person or using
our on-line to accurately provide you with an estimate to clean your home.
3. How do I pay for your residential cleaning
services?
Payment is due at time of service. You may pay by cash, personal check. If
you aren't home we ask you to leave payment on the kitchen countertop.
4.Is your house cleaning work guaranteed?
All work performed by SD FreeHands is backed by a 100% Satisfaction
Guarantee. Should you find yourself unsatisfied with the work we've done in
your home, simply call our office within 24 hours of your clean, and we will
re-clean it at no additional charge!
5. Are your housekeepers trained and supervised?
SD FreeHands team members are trained before they're permitted to enter
your home. Training continues as we learn about new products or methods and to
reinforce prior training. Each team includes a Team Leader to see that cleaning
tasks are correctly completed. Field Service Supervisors make periodic visits
to homes to ensure the quality of our service.
6. Do I need to provide my own house cleaning
products?
SD FreeHands will always arrive at your home with cleaning products and
equipment. All of our products are environmentally preferable and are safe for
small children and pets. Should you need special attention given to any area in
your home we welcome you to provide products or specifications as to the
treatment of those areas.
7. Will I always have the same maid service team?
We make every effort to have the same team in your home. Occasionally there
may be a change in a team member due to illness. SD FreeHands team leader's job
is to learn your home and to teach the team members to deliver the quality that
you would expect.
8.What do I need to do to Reschedule
or Cancel Cleaning Appointment?
You are important to us and, as such, we
honor your time requests and trust that you will do the same. If you need to
reschedule or cancel a cleaning appointment simply call or email us within 48
hours of your scheduled cleaning appointment. If we are not notified within 48
hours, you will be charged for your regularly scheduled appointment.
